Can I join at Anytime?

Yes! Our ongoing enrollment means you can join or cancel at anytime throughout our program.

What If I miss a class?

We offer unlimited make-up classes (except for Level 4&5) for as long as you are enrolled! Schedule your make-up class via your my.kindermusik.com account under the "Make Up Class" tab. Please note you cannot make-up a missed make-up class.

What if my child is sick?

If you or your child is unwell (fever, diarrhea, vomiting, skin sores or unexplained rash, thick green or yellow nasal discharge, general malaise or COVID-19 symptoms) the best place for you is at home where you can rest and recover. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, please follow the current Ontario guidelines.

When you miss a class, you may reach out to Miss Corrie for dates and times that are available for a make-up class or you can schedule directly via your my.kindermusik.com account under the Make Up Class tab. Alternatively, in most cases you may join your regularly scheduled class via Zoom instead. Please send a text or email to request the login information.

What is the investment?

Our Foundations - Level 4 programs are billed on a monthly basis at a rate of $79.80/month and is pro-rated based on your start date. This fee includes:

Award winning cirriculum delivered by a passionate and knowlegable instructor
Unlimited make up classes provided you are currently enrolled.
Kindermusik App with tons of music, e-books and more.
Priceless memories

Level 5 classes (Kindermusik For the Young Child) operate on a Semester basis and payment is collected in a lump sum per semester ($405/semester) rather than monthly installments. The fees include:

30 scheduled classes per school year
Kit 1: Children's Folder, Games Bag, Family Songbook, Home CD, Carry Bag, and a Glockenspiel w/mallets.
Kit 2: Children's Folder, Games Bag, Family Songbook, and Home CD. Children who did not take Young Child Semester 1 will need to purchase the Glockenspiel and Carry Bag separately.

What if i need to cancel?

You may cancel at any time however, written notice by email is required by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged the following monthly installment.
